Do you turn your frustration on others after a bad day?

i try to avoid to go angry on my family members or servants or others, but when i am really unhappy, angry and nobody listens/ understands me then i can't stop, and really need to turn my frustration to my family members, servants or anyone else

I try to keep my work frustrations at work...and my home ones at home, Unfortunately it not always works that way. I'm a very patient person, always willing to help somebody out the best I can.... but sometimes....just sometimes. Yes I admit that if Im having a bad day, I want to be left alone! I wrongfully "snap" sometimes towards the people I love ....I know its wrong....Im working on that
