Why are so many celebrities on drugs?

Every time I turn on the tv I see another celebrity entering rehab. I'm amazed! I don't understand what's going on in hollywood. These people seem to have everything yet they turn to drugs for comfort. I know money isn't everything but they need to realize how blessed they are to be able to do something that is so rewarding financially. For the life of me I can't figure this thing out. Can some one help?
