I will like to know how do you measure success? Because so many people determine success by how much money you have. Is this the only way to determine if a person is successful?

I measure success by how happy I am. I surround myself with love. Physical items can come and go but the love of family and friends should last forever and therefore a successful person in my opinion is one who is happy and content.

I agree! Success for when I feel content and happy about my life.

No, money is not the ONLY way to measure success. It is ONE way to measure success. There are many ways to measure success. You can measure it by looking at your family. Did you do a good job of raising your children? Are you a good spouse? Are you a good child to your parents? That is one way of measuring success. Another way of measuring success is by the impact you make on the world around you. Are you a positive influence on your peers. Do you help those less fortunate than yourself. Do you have a job where you may not make a lot of money, but you help people impove their lives? Those are also ways of measuring success. I'm sure there are other ways that I have not thought of. Hopefully, you will get some good answers from other posters as well. Personally, I measure my success in terms family and parenting. I'm a stay at home mom so I don't measure my success in terms of business success.

Success can be a lot of things but it doesn't always count money. I think those who think money is the answer should try other values, I run a couple of sites which one took off to be somewhat a failure. Although in my own sense it was successful and I think just helping and being different means those who want to be successful are. Kudos, ~Joey

For me, I take little baby steps to measure success. I have goals in every aspect of my life, and achieving those goals would make me feel successful. For now, success would mean graduating from uni, maintaining a happy relationship with my boyfriend, and making at least $300 a month from my blog. After all those goals have been achieved, I set myself new goals and strive for them.. =D
