Homebased Businesses

I have just graduated from school and currently work two jobs, one part time and one full time. I am really interested in starting a bookkeeping business at home. I have a website and business cards, but I do not have any money to fork over for anything else, and I am very limited on getting out as I have a family at home, and I was wondering how to bring in clients? Any suggestions?

Congratulations, pooh1623! I also have an advanced degree in Accounting area. I think we may have a similar interest. Online networking is a good start to promote your business. Also, you can ask your friends or family to spread the words about your business.

Thanks!! I love accounting! Math and money are the best. So I'm new to this networking thing, how and what do I do, any suggestions? I have mentioned my business to my friends and family but I am not sure how dependent they are.
