Which is the best way to propose to a girl

My husband brought me roses, one box of chocolate and 5 pcs green mangoes. Of course I could no longer say no...I am three months pregnant...and the truth is I love him very much. We have three kids 2 young ladies and one little boy.

When to do it? Like you said there are many ways. Well for me, I think when the girl least expects it. You know when she really feels suprised and shocked and excited all together once? You can go out on a date, or do the same thing that you both always do, or do something else that doesn't have any connection with your proposal, you know, not giving hints that you're proposing. Thats the sweetest and happiest way for the both of you for me. ^_^
