Jesus said that He is God: "Though you do not belive me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father" Do you agree with that or do you have other thoughts?

Well He is a powerful and divine being and has the same powers as God. One thing that makes Him different from God? He's human. The sentence, for me, is saying that God is in Him right? Well then I think that Jesus is just like a substitute for God since God cannot appear in a solid form. Remember God has no gender, no face, no body. Don't contradict me on this coz I will ask you three questions "Did you meet God already? What does He look like? What is His true gender?" If you have the answers well you can contradict me anytime. ^_^

I agree that God has no gender, no face and no body. Just like, if we want to communicate our love to a colony of ants. The best way would be to become an ant. God became man in the form of Jesus to communicate with us. He is not a subsitute but God himself. What do you think?

God's gender is always in the masculine gender. If you believe the Bible, which tells us all about Jesus & God, note every time God the Father & God the Son & God the Holy Spirit are mentioned it is always in the masculine gender.

The bible says he's 100 % human and 100% God in genesis which says Let us make us man. Which means that Jesus already excisted. Also It means that God send himself down to earth. At least that was what my preacher told me and i thought it was a good explanation.

Yes, I believe Jesus is God. It is Jesus himself that said he is God, and he also has proven that he is God as the bible writes. Even if I do not agree, it does not matter, he is still God.

There are many proofs in the Bible of Jesus Christ being God. A random one that came to mind is Isaiah 9:6 which is a prophecy of Christ's birth. " For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. This one is simple enough to answer. Either you are going to believe the Word (which is also Christ) John 1:1, or not. Yes, I believe in the Trinity. I believe that Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit are the same. Someone once explained it this way which made it very clear for me. It is as if there is one job or office of GOD. There are three people who hold that office: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I hope this has been helpful. Agape.

Yes, Jesus Christ is God. He is entirely the same God as is God Father, or God Holy Spirit. He is eternal. When there wasn't any creation, there was always God. And with God there was God's Word, and with them there was God's Spirit. One can understand that God, his Word, and his Spirit, are one, although we speak of three different concepts. In the creation, God, God's Word and God's Spirit are active (Genesis 1:1-3). But sin corrupted man and nature, so the Word was born as a human, in order to redeem what man had lost. It is from this moment on that we speak of the Son (John 1:1, 1 This Son of God, the man named Jesus, had lost nothing from his divine nature, but had left behind all his glory and the excercise of power, and lived as humans do. He had no sin, but he could have sinned. Jesus was sinless because he choose not to sin. While growing up, he gradually understood his own person and nature and was conscious of his divinity. This is very clear in this scene (Matthew 9:1-7): "a paralytic man is brought before Jesus who tells him to cheer up because his sins have been forgiven. The Jews call him blasphemous. Then Jesus tells the man to go up and leave, and the paralytic rises. What was easier done, Jesus asks the Jews: forgiving sins or making him rise." The miracles Jesus made, he made by the power of the Holy Spirit, as do those preachers who heal. But when he forgave sins, he demostrated: I am God. And there are many more scenes where Jesus makes this claim, explicit and implicit. Jesus Christ is God made human. And this he is even now, and as such he will return.

Yeah. For us Catholics, we do believe that Jesus Christ is GOD. For us, GOD exist in three persons - The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
