What do you think of a man your living with who has awful toilet manners. meaning he leaves the underside of the toilet a mess. :( What would you do if you have politely asked this person many times to clean up after himself?

Buy a lock and lock the toilet door. Let him do his business outdoors if he can't clean up after himself. Im sure that would teach him a lesson :D

If you're living with him and you have a relationship you could start acting cold and sad because he doesn't clean up. Maybe that would make him clean if he finds that you don't want to play with him anymore :P

LOL. I have done that..too. I've tried the nice way which is to ask nicely.. than I asked nicely again. Than many arguments and him promising to clean up. but.. nothing lol. I am thinking of making a big sign for the bathroom. hehehe

Next time it happens I would act like I'm cleaning the house and say "Here honey, can you clean the bathroom for me? Make sure you get the sink and toilet really well." Say the sink too cuz then it will kind of throw him off. If he says anything about how nasty it is then say "I think you were in there last" Now if its problems with him leaving the toilet seat up then you could always drop something of his in the toilet (say a watch if it isn't too expensive) and go to him and say "Dear, you left the toilet seat up and I accidently knocked your watch in there." Sure he'll complain but thats when you look at him and say "Well, if you'd learn to put the seat down things like this wouldn't happen, just be lucky it wasn't your tooth brush or something!" Hope hat helps.

Unfortunately, you can't make him change, unless he wants to. I've been married 19 years this year and I still battle that with him. You can ask til your blue in the face. All I can suggest is have seperate bathrooms that you can have your way and he can have his way in the other. That helped us with our sink problems..we now have double sinks (His & Hers). I also face the toilet paper problem. I have an area that keeps about 3 extra rolls so if you run out you have an extra one. My husband has the habit of using the last roll and not filling the replacements up. Of course, I'd be the one stuck without TP when I needed it. I finally got sick of being stuck....so I left it empty for him and didn't fill it. I would use a hidden roll, until he finally got stuck. He didn't like getting stuck. We seem to be working together at that problem since then. You can always try putting saran wrap on the toilet seat and see what he does. Problem is....they don't use the toilet as much as us women do. If you figure out something that works....please let me know. Good luck to you!

Doraemon - Doraemon (?????, Doraemon?) is a fictional manga series created by Fujiko F. Fujio. The series is about a robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a schoolboy, Nobita Nobi.

The series first appeared in December 1969, when it was published simultaneously in six different magazines. In total, 1,344 stories were created in the original series, which are published by Shogakukan under the Tentomushi (?????, Tentomushi?) manga brand, extending to forty-five volumes. The volumes are collected in the Takaoka Central Library in Toyama, Japan, where Fujio was born.

Doraemon was awarded the first Osamu Tezuka Culture Award in 1997.
you should install a camera in the toilet, and if he does it again, you will release it on the internet.

I hate when my husband leaves the toilet seat up. We have a 1yr old and it's just not safe. He always forgets to put it down.

Well, that is one Pet peeve I have with my husband, is the Toilet. I cannot get him to clean it either. I just make sure and clean it like once a week on my day off, and hope for the best, as I got tired of asking.

A lot of men are like that. Guess their mama's didn't teach them manners when they were little. They don't learn when they are all grown up. We become their mama's and clean up after them. NOT FAIR.

Put a warning paper on the door"Keep clean before you leave" inside the door. Put another one "Forget me or not" in front of the door. So he can read each time.

We men clearly are the victims of a conspiracy! Women, knowing that our backs are fragile things, evil plans are made to pressure us to lower the seat every time we pee! I however have overcome this!*shows pee bottle* Have a nice day!

The toilet is one of my pet peeves , especially when a man leaves the toilet seat up , so I have to say my husband is pretty good there . When he has friends over they know me well enough that if I find out it was them that made a mess or left the seat up I will make sure to let everyone know and then they have to go clean it or put the seat down . This works for me because they don't want to hear me rant at them :)

Maybe changing the chores around a little will help him keep his fire hose from getting out of control. Men hate cleaning toilets!
