Is it the right time???

I think the best time to get married is the time when you have grown up enough to control your earnings , emotions and you have a chance to get married. Because getting married is something very good in order to make your self loyal to some one otherwise one can easily be thrown into the hell of lust.

if both partners are financially, emotionally and spritually ready coz entering a marriage life is very hard.

The right time is when both people in the relationship feel it's the right time. It does help to be in sync with one another. Things like finances, careers, children, and other important stuff should be discussed and agreed upon-even just in general-beforehand. It helps to have your plans for your future somewhat mapped out-even if it's only a rough draft-so you're both going in the same direction.
