Who are the akatsuki members?

according to one forum they say that Naruto's dad (Yondaime) was the leader and his mom was also a member?
Yondaime started the Akatsuki by leaving Konoha and sent a false message telling that he was dead or somthing and he sent a letter of invitation to Orochimaru, Itachi and Jiraiya. Jiraiya and Orochimaru declined and Itachi accepted the offer and started to kill his own clan.
I wonder if it's true.

i've even heard that the akatsuki leader is actually naruto from the future. according to the theory, the bijuu went wild in the future, laying waste to everything. in order to avoid this, naruto travelled back in time (with shikamaru's help) and formed akatsuki, with the goal of getting and killing the bijuu.

sorry, but internet rumor. they mention in both the manga and anime that the 4th Hokage (which is not official confirmed as Naruto's father) DID die saving the village when he placed the nine-tails into Naruto. And there has been no mention whatsoever about Naurto's mother since most of the focus goes to his father figure since normally the male figure is the most important figure in a young boys life. Orochimaru WAS a member of Akatsuki at one point, making the member count 10 with Itachi, Sasori, etc...He was partnerd with Sasori and eventually left the group because he was other objectives other then what Akatsuki was planning. Knowing Itachi is why he wanted Sasuke's eyes/body since Orochimaru couldn't overcome the power of the sharingan.
