who can mould a student in a better way(in school) ????? sir or madam??????

i think no sir or madam can mould a student but a good teacher can mould a student very well

i think it doesn't lik this.. only that the teachers should think abt the future of the students.. and work for them..

Neither Sir nor Madam can mould the student in better way. It is good teacher who can mould only to the Student. There are lot of teachers who are not teacher actually. Just they are getting salary. They have no interest in student's future. But there are few good teachers also who always pay attention in quality study. Check the progress of students time to time. Correct them at mistakes. Just finish the chapter is not sufficient. Re-checking is also equal important. If any doubt is there, should be corrected.
