My one was from Jordan. He stole the ball off Malone and didn't call time-out.dribbling up court from the left side , and than drive right , suddenly crossover back to left .
:-) Russel lost his steps , then M.J took the jump shot back in game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals
Bulls won series 4-2 still in my mind and its enjoyable to watch

If you look back at all great Finals Match-ups over the years, in some point something great and unforgettable always happened. May it be a DUNK, or a great defense play, or even a last minute shot for the win, the NBA Finals is always going to leave something behind worth to be remembered for the year's to come.
How can we forget Jerry West's 82-feet shot to send the game between the New York Knicks into overtime? Or Dr.J's dunk after a great steal and fast break dunk, swaying the ball from left to right until he then dunked it? Or the reversed lay-up of Dr. J as well against the Lakers where he almost stepped out of bounds? And of course, moments of His Airness himself.
Speaking of which, my personal greatest, amazing and unforgettable moments are all from Michael Jordan. But to keep this response short, I will only mention my Top 5 perhaps. He he he.
Top 5: Jordan vs Johnson.
That match-up alone in the 1991 NBA Finals made media frenzy. Basketball never had so much attention simply because of the two of the greatest players facing each other. Because of their charisma, they attracted a lot of media and fans.
Top 4: Incredible Shot
After losing Game 1 against the Lakers in 1991, Game 2 looked very different. Jordan got the ball 15 feet away from the basket, he ran towards the basket and jumped. Everyone thought that he is going to dunk the ball, but somehow on the way done, he changed his mind, lowered the ball, and laid it up with his left hand against the glass. Sam Perkins and Vlade Divac could just watched. Marv Albert commented "what an incredible shot by Michael Jordan".
Top 3: 7 3-pointers
In the 1992 Finals against the Portland Trail Blazers, Jordan made Finals history by hitting 7 3-pointers. Jordan was never known for his three point shooting. But I guess, that changed everything.
Top 2: Flu
Jordan didn't just fight off the Utah Jazz but a stomach flu as well. Though he was expected to watch the game from the sideline, Jordan still played and played he did. He scored 38points in a Bulls win against the Bulls. One of the greatest performance ever.
Top 1: Final Shot
Nothing much needs to be said with this. THE NUMBER ONE NBA FINALS MOMENT FOREVER.

His last game against the Sixers as a Wizard? You know what, I cried too. It was such a great moment for basketball if you would ask me.

My most memorable moment in NBA finals history was when the Sixers beat the Lakers back in the early 80's. I can not forget when Mo Cheeks slam dunked to finish off the Lakers and win the title for the Sixers. Being a Philly fan, I remember that moment more than any other basketball final moments. I hope that the Sixers will be able to do that again someday.
