"...you used to be amazing..."

"Just becuase you used to be amazing doesn't mean you're not good." This is what by mest friend just said to me regarding singing. See, Dec 9, 2003 i was in a horrific car accident that nearly took my life several times over and left me in the hospital for 2 years. Everything about me has been affected, including my ability to sing. i used to be in a very well-known choir and had won a very prestigeous award for my voice. Well, i can't sing like i used to and it kills me. i REALLY do suck now. my best friend was trying to be nice and that was incredibly sweet of him. Just...i dunno what i think about it. i mean, i know he was trying to make me feel better, but i dunno if what he said made me feel better or not. i mean...i USED to be amazing...not anymore. i knwo that. It just hits hard. Jason is wonderful to me, thoiugh...such a dear, dear man for trying to make me feel better.
