Does your boyfriend/ girlfriend keep in touch with you when he/ she travels?

If your other half is on trip very often, does he/ she try and keep in touch with you? Or usually he/ she would be gone for a week or two and appear again? My boyfriend is currently traveling in another city, he sends me emails but I wouldn't say it's regular. We are on long-distance relationship, and I guess I don't enjoy the irregularities in the communication. What about you?

yes,if my boyfriend is not with me together,then he will keep in touch with me by sending message or telephone.it seems we can only communicate by this because we do not have computers.maybe your boyfriend just like this way to keep contact with you,if you do not like,you can tell him.haha,good luck!

He can't call me because he doesn't have a cell phone. So basically he communicates with me via emails. The thing is he doesn't send me emails everyday, and it's very unpredictable when he is going to send me one. I understand that maybe he doesn't get on the computer very often or he is tired. But everytime I go through my emails and there is nothing from him, I am kind of sad.
