Do you ask 'how are you?' always when you write an e-mail?

i ask " how are you?" when i am emailing a person after sometime, if i am emailing someone regulary then i don't ask it frequently only sometimes

I never ask how are you at all.I just say hi and write the matter.That's all.If i say how r u,then if they feel hurt of something also they will say i am fine,so i never ask anyone.

Yes,i use to ask everyone when i m writing my email on every day basis because anyone get ill or some other problem may happen to him/her in last 24 hrs. So its a good gesture to ask his/her healthiness. Abinash
