do you like rainy season?

hi guys... summer ends and here comes rainy season.. and yet, it's still too hot here in the Philippines! the only problem here when it rains is that.. floods and typhoons...
last year, the water level on the ground floor of our house was up to our hips... the furnitures are all brought upstairs, we cook at the second floor.. because the ground floor then was occupied by water.. and there's no electricity.. too bad! our other neighbors evacuated to other places.. buses and other vehicles was stranded because the river that connects our town to the other town was not passable that time because the water level was too high to pass.. even the big buses can't pass at that time that's why, we are now getting ready for the rainy season, we don't know what will happen next.. i just wish, i won't happen again...

I don't like the rainy season at all.It is not convenient for me to go out.

yes, cause it's wet outside... but, it's quite a good season for a nice and comfortable sleep.. i love sleeping when the rain comes.. happy posting! thanks!

Events you described were, when the rain god are in a fury, if your are a athiest, call it as when the Nature turns violent. None can escape the claws of it. But when the rainy season is pleasent, i hope every one likes it.

rainy season is coming but the summer is not going to end here in Pakistan, after some rains the weather will be miserable because there will be a lot of humidity in the air, i don't like rainy season ecause when it rains you can't go anywhere, sometimes electricity is also switched off from the grid station to prevent shrt circuiting if any breaks.

aI like it when it rains but we don't a rainy season her in the US. it may rain alot in april, but not enough to cause a typhoon. I love it thunderstorms. I love the sound of it. I like the rain but it rains alot It can get depressing and I start to miss the sun.

To me, walking in the rain is the 2nd best thing after the rain smell in the air.
if I'm happy, feel as if skies ( or whoever up there ) sharing me the joy
if otherwise, no one will differentiate rain drops from tear drops.
I do like rainy season.

I feel bad when places get to much rain and floods every thing sometimes I wish for rain that never comes even when the sky is cloudy and looks like we might get rain hmm not a drop.
I wonder why some places get more rain than they need and other places dont get enough

The only thing i like in rainy season is it's cool weather as it makes me sleep long and comfortably, but in most cases rainy season is annoyance for it brings flood, heavy traffic, illness like cough and fever, danger on the road especialy on heavy rains and storm.

Yes, somehow i love rainy season because i love it when it rains. It's just the hazzles like floods.. and typhoons that i loothe because of the damages that it brings. But basically i enjoy when it rains because it's not hot, and for me it's exciting to walk to see people in the streets with their umbrellas and raincoats with them... and the sound of the raindrops is music to my ears.lol
