Reduce my rating from 8 to 7

After completing my 100 post I got a star mark with rating 8. But now my rating is reduced to 7. Why it happened? How can I increase my rating?

Chances are someone has rated you negatively either for a discussion or a response. To get you rating back up post thought out and interesting discussions and responses.
