I am lighter than a feather, yet the strongest person can't hold me for much more than a minute. What am I?

you're right. in fact i can hold my breath for almost 2 mins before turning blue..lol..
it was an old riddle and i didn't want to alter its originality. your answer was quite acceptable too but the original answer was not it. anyway, thank for your effort. i really have fun.
