In high school, I had a tennis ball thrown at me and it caught the end of my thumb and bend it way past the angle it was supposed to be at. I puffed up like a balloon, and even today, I can still bend it at an unusual angle, and it sometimes aches. Just wondering if you've had a dislocation, and does it still bother you?

hi muscare. i have my first experience of dislocating my joint when i was 3 years old. then i was walking besides one of my neighbor, i suddenly fell over myself. And she pulled me up but i was so frangible that my joint dislocated. i have dislocated my joint for several times before i was 7 years old. doctor said if i don't pay attention to my joint it would metamorphose. but now it is up to snuff and even better.

Bet that was very painful. I have to say I'm not a big fan of certain ways people play with young kids for the very reason their joints don't seem so strong. My son's uncle use to have this thing where he would pick him up by the ankles and lift him over his head. Or swing him around by his arms. Sure, my son was fine, but we put a stop to it. Glad your shoulder(?) is fine now!
