Mine are same as yours, which are Dragon Ball series and Naruto with an extra Yu Yu Hakusho.

My all time/long time favorites are Yu Yu Hakusho and Digimon. And my current 'new' favorites would be Ouran High School Host Club and Princess Tutu. I think I might have to pick Yu Yu Hakusho for best overall, though.

Its cliche' I know, but I have to go back to Akira and the original Macross movie. Totally old school, but with some serious production values--- and interesting to boot.
