A lot of the leave on conditioners will do that. I use Fructis to make the hair smooth and soft, but I don't like my hair to curl. It does make the hair easier to comb. I would also try different conditioners and rinses that you use in the shower, too, as many can help soften the hair.

use garnier products to do so. and you will get instructions also with that product and then you can easily make ur hair soft and curl.

Try John Frieda's Relaxing Creme... it's great for softening hair, especially curls. If you have frizzy hair, I also highly recommend John Frieda's Frizz Ease.
If you want to increase curl, get a nice conditioner that's "curl enhancing" and get a curl enhancing creme (any brand really).
Hope this helps!

It depends on what type of hair you have. Is it course or fine? Are you of ethnic descent? There are some great products out there that will fit your needs. Consult with a licensed cosmetologist in your local area and they will be able to fit your hair care needs.
