Bravo!
I'm sick of old or just general people who drive electric wheelchair and have no manors for those who walk. The times I've been pushing my son when someone driving an electric wheelchair goes past mad headed or drives incredibly stupid.
Also a lot are very impatient here. Just because I'm walking doesn't mean they can beep and hoot because most are lazy to actually walk.
I find most of the above are people who are in fact lazy. as the caring ones who take things easy are disabled and I respect them.
It's a shame but is very much warranted and called for.

it depends i mean if he was beeing really silly and putting others at risk then he should be charged but if you think about it the wheel chair is replaceing his legs so really he was walking i say leave him alone

Was he driving it in the road? Is it legal to drive a wheelchair in the road when not drunk? I live across the street from a company that employees many handicapped people. I see them driving them on the sidewalk or crossing the street after being dropped off by a bus, but I don't think it'd be safe to drive it down the road even sober.
