dealing with other people... its challenging and fun...

at last, im back again.. suddenly, i feel like a stranger to mylot.. there are many changes since the day i left it..i was in my last year of schooling when i left thi s site.. and now, i have a job.. my job involves dealing with other people.. not with my fellow filipinos though.. our customers are from the US.. hey, have you heard of Dish network? dealing with american citizens is tough! [no offense].. the customers we had are always irate.. but i do understand their frustations.. getting high bills every month is one of their main concern.. but you know what, i have fun explaining the bill, adding the programming services of dish network cutomers.. yah, that is what i do in my job.. i only have one request to our american friends.. please be patient and considerate with the agents you speak with over the toll-free hotline.. i know you don't mean to be rude.. its "dollars" that we are dealing here, but we are just agents and we are tying to give you guys the best customer service experience you ever had..:) see you at dish!!! wait, where are my stars now? hahaha..
