The Maury show! Are his shows true or fake?

When home sick or just want a good laugh I watch Maury. Maury has limited discussions on his show such as the following
-Whos the kids father
-Young teens out of control
-My toddler is facing obesity
-My partner is cheating
Well what I want to touch on is how come and is it true that some girls take up to 15 me to get tested to find out who is the kids father, does Maury pay them to go threw this.
And why does it always happen that when the test results comes out for the cheaters or kids father the woman run to the back room.
My question is are Maury shows all real does he plan the show ahead?
And why oh why does everyone run to the back.

I think they run to the back because they are embarrassed. they get up there in front of the audience and millions of home viewers and swear that they haven't slept with anyone else so this guy MUST be the father...then it turns out he isn't so you know they've slept with atleast 2 people. I've noticed that maury only does those kind of shows..I think they might be set up some. Sometimes it seems like the people come on and are acting. And it amazing me how the out of control teens change so fast, or how the teens who want babies decide so fast that they aren't ready to have babies lol.

of course he plans these for the new season the more crappy lives that people live the more views he'll get , and some times i too think theyre staged cause how in the heck can a woman come up on stage and have 20 men deny and pass the test of NOT being the father ? like either Maury paying actors or that woman must place Super Gule between her legs lol
