How can I improve signups for my referral campaigns?

I had joined some PTC sites last months. I hae few downlines in each prgrams also. Today I got my first payment from Adbux. So I want to add more downlines. I have a blog listing these programs. I get about 30 hits daily. But only 2-3 sign ups only. Please suggest me the ways to improve sign ups to my referral campaigns.
