A BANDAID stuck to my shoe???

I know I've become overly desensitized when the only thing that raises any kind of emotion in me is that you wear skechers....love those shoes. People are basically just vile. I agree with the gum....nothing worse than sitting at the bar and underneath there is all sorts of gum, boogers, and who knows what else stuck there.

The bandaids aren't as gross to me as teh chewed gum! I can kind of see how both get thrown on the ground, though. If we put a bandaid on my son, he picks it off. We know this, so we don't do it, but when he gets shots, they put the bandaids on him, and he starts picking them off. We get them before he can throw them down, but I can see how a distracted parent (or one with several kids) might not catch it.

Probably some kid- tore it off their leg or somewhere and just tossed it- I know it's gross-- Throw it away in the garbage- but you know kids- I think stepping on chewing gum is gross too! and dog poo--- I've done this several times-- not watching where I was walking- Check this out- my daughter would kill me if I told- but a couple of years ago she was marching in the parade- and wasn't paying attention- and stepped in Horse poo- YUK!!! she was so embarrassed- She even cried- the band members were laughing- I told her to laugh it off--- luckily they forgot soon and didn't pick on her about it!

People lose bandaids as well as toss them away carelessly. It's not the worst thing you could have stepped in, but it is nasty. Kids toss a lot of things like this too. Good thing you found it before stepping on your carpet, or hopefully you found it before then.

That is really gross!! I hate it when I see them laying on the ground!! But I have to admit sometimes when I put them on my kids they just fall off and they (and I) don't even realize it. I will find it on the floor somewhere in the house. It is really gross though!!

I have poop stuck to my shoe and no matter how hard I try I can't shake it off. (That is a metaphor of course) Yes, I too have stepped in icky things. I once sat in something icky too. lol

I don't think a band-aid is as bad as stepping into dog droppings. Also, there is a possibility that the band-aid got tossed into a garbage can somewhere, & got blown under your shoe (or blown right into where you stepped).

Have I ever stepped on anything nasty? Let's see...my neighbor's dog leaves "presents" on my sidewalk that aren't too easy to see at night until after I've stepped on them and tracked into my house. Then there are the Walmart parking lot surprises. I've never stepped in anything worse than a spilled slushie but I've seen diapers, vomit and all kinds of other disgusting things. Sounds like you're lucky to have a "nice" Walmart near you.

Yuck! That IS gross! I have gotten an old chewed up piece of gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe. Talk about icky! And just about impossible to get off the shoe. Of course this was years ago. I've been lucky not to get something stuck to the bottom of my shoes for quite some time while I'm out running errands (knock on wood).

hahaha EEEEEWW!!!! SO gross. i really just think the nastiest i've ever had on my shoe is gum...ALWAYS in the summer heat, where it's all sticky, and CAN'T GET IT OFF!!!!! ha!!
