hi frds i need ur suggesstion ,ur views on how to help my frd quit smokin .he has been smokin since the past 10 yrs n when ever i ask him to quit he says he just cant now its too late ..do u guys think so ..or is it just an excuse ? pls let me knw ur views ,tips on how can i convience him to stop smoking

I don't know since I don't smoke. But, one thing I can say for sure - " why do ppl smoke"

its really hard to ask someone to quit smoking if he is smoking from last 10 yrs,
as i dont smoke so i dont know much about it,
just ask him to decrease the consumption of smoking,
or take him to doctor
