I can't go into details on what the petition is about but I need your help to start one. I want to know if any of you know any links to sites that could help me. I would also like information on starting a petition and who I need to talk to or give the petition to. I would really appreciate your help on this one. It has to do with my sons death. Anything that you could offer, would be a great help. Thank you so much.
