I'm sorry, but do you believe this girl? She served 5 days of her jail term and now she's out. They won't say why, except to say that it has to do with "medical concerns". TMZ.com is reporting that she had been refusing to eat the jail food that was served to her.
Now I know there are real criminals out there walking the streets and Paris Hilton isn't an immediate threat to society. But she DID drive drunk. And then had the b*lls to drive with a suspended license afterwards. I think she should have to serve out her 23 days like any of us would have to. What do you think of this? I'm embarrassed of our judicial system sometimes!!

From the story I seen the call to let her out was made by the Chief at that "prison". I say he needs to be investigated and prosecuted cause to me a deal under the table was made. Then little Miss Paris needs to go back to jail and possibly be included on bribing a law officer charge.
But it is the very essence of what my Mom use to say "Money talks and b*llsh*t walks.”

Yes, you're right-- I see on CNN they are saying the judge has just sent her back to jail, and she was screaming as she was taken out of the courtroom.

I just read this morning that she was ordered back to court by the superior court judge that sentenced her. He is very upset that the sheriffs involved went against he ruling he was very clear that she was not to serve any time under house arrest and was to sever he sentence in prison. the prosecutor is considering filing contempt charges against the sheriffs office. what I find crazy is all the people saying she is getting a rough deal for being a celebrity and that normal people would not be treated so unfairly. Are they crazy, if this was any of us normal people we would have to sever our time and they would not be letting us out. Her stupidity just floors me, her telling the officers that she was told she could drive if it was work related. My husband is a class 1 driver does that mean if he were to ever have is license suspended he could still drive of work?

Some people get by with everything or so it seems. Urg. It really irritates me that she gets by with that. I think we need stiffer penalties for driving drunk for EVERYONE including Paris Hilton.

Well, if I ever commit a crime...I want an anle braclet and to go and stay at her house....seems fair to me....i am not a threat to society....I would never drive drunk....I would have been buried under the jail before they would let me out early....
I, too, am ashamed of the judical system....we know what really matters here...don't we???/
