In a meeting at the united nations security counsel last week there has been a new bill introduced which could creat a Islamic state. Guess where? Right inside the United States. Because of the large population of Arab Americans that live inside of the city of Dearborn Michigan a resolution called 181B is subject to being passed and might go through, it would allow a seperate state right inside the state of Michigan with rights not only to govern themselves but to build a defending army. A spokesmen for the UN has been commented as saying "The purpose of this resolution is to place millions of individuals who have been left without a home do to the wars in the middle east". Its expected to gain full support from over 33 countries including the united states. Only a dozen countries have said they will oppose the resolution and every other nation is leaning towards obstaining from voting. What will happen to all the individuals who currently live there? will they be compensated for there homes and property? What about the historic areas of henry ford museum? What about all those that live near there this will effect millions of people not to mention businesses. This could cause a collapse of our economy. What about national security? What as americans should we do about this? Shoudl we sit by idle and let the UN dictate to us how we should run our country? I encourage every American to read this and reply and let the politicians accross the world we will not stand by while our country is sectioned out.

If this bill does pass, and this insanity is allowed to take place, we are all screwed, not just the folks in Dearborn that will have their homes robbed from them for the sake of "progress"...not so different than the folks in Texas who are being robbed of their homes so the NAFTA highway can be built. If there was ever a time when people need to pay attention to "boring" politics it's now, before it's too late. I spent many years ignoring politics and trusting those who run our country to protect our interests as they swore to do. Not anymore. If WE, the PEOPLE, aren't going to protect OUR HOMES, who the hell is? It sure as hell ain't going to be the foreign soldiers they are contracting to take the place of our own soldiers who won't shoot down their own on command. I don't care WHERE you are from, Ladies & Gentlemen, it's time to go back to the old ways of sticking together as U.S. citizens. If they pull it off in Michigan, YOUR state could be next, Ladies and Gentlemen. Email & call your Statehouse until the cows come home. Our representatives are Public Servants. WE are the PUBLIC, people. WE ARE allowed a VOICE, and if we don't want to LOSE that voice, we need to USE that voice. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the people of Dearborn, Evan. May God have mercy on us all.

Hey, I'm back. This is important too, maybe you could spread it throughout your group of friends. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1131062.aspx Now our soldiers are "being compelled, without lawful authority, to serve under military and other officers of the United Nations and foreign states." That quote comes from the bill proposed by Ron Paul to correct the current happenings that are quoted above. The bill is linked in the thread I left you. If no one ever looks at anything political again, this is one political document they need to be aware of. Thanks, Evan.

I just don't know what's going on these days. Everyone wants to come here, but they don't want to assimilate. I guess it will take the first "honor killing" before we come to our senses. America has many problems and has it's faults, but it's the best place on earth. We welcome everyone with open arms. You can still preserve your previous culture, but just respect ours. I think this bill will have an adverse effect on our country. I'm a "so called liberal" but this is even above and beyond any of my liberal views. Just my opinion. Lloyd

I'd definetly like to see a source for this. That said. It will never happen. America has a long standing record of ignoring the UN when it inconviences us, why on earth would we stop now?

In 1948 a UN resolution was passed forming the nation of Israel. Is this just a 'see how that feels' message. The Arabs saying, hey you did it to us so we are going to do it to you. I tend to think the UN should be there to facilitate relations between individual countries. They are not a ruling organization but an organization for the sharing of ideas and in a way a peace keeping assistance organization. I am also libertarien and think that the Federal government is taking too much power from where it belongs, but that is a completely different story. The only way that the Islamic state can be created is if we give it to them, and I am sure any senator or congressman who allows that is serving his last term of office, and we have too many who would not allow this to happen.

I got this info in a email from a friend of mine. I have to admit I was pretty worked up when I read it also but than when I got to the bottom of the email it said that 181 was actualy the resolution that was passed that gave birth to Israel. BrotherTuck was correct its a see how that feels message. After I got it I figured I had to repost it to see if everyone over reacted as I did. Sorry if I upset anyone but I learned a pretty good lesson from it and felt it was good to pass it on, of course I wanted to leave out the punch line till atleast a few people had a chance to react to it also.
