What was your day's menu?
For breakfast we had waffles with blueberries and carrot juice. Lunch was spaghetti made with whole wheat noodles and organic sauce and water to drink. Then we had peanut butter granola bars for snack. Dinner was cheesy rice with shredded carrots and brocoli and grapes for dessert. My sons had apple juice and i had more carrot juice.

I started off my day with oats and apple slices and a cup of milk to go, and for lunch i had a yummy chicken roasted sandwich with a cup of "oh so mouth watering" hot chocolate. And for dinner I stuffed my face with taco's! And tomorrow's menu is still pending...

For breakfast, I had a bowl of oatmeal with some Carnation Instant Breakfast. For lunch I had a spinach salad with veggies, ham, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinagarette dressing, with a chocolate chip granola bar. After work, I had some chocolate chip cookies and milk, and then for dinner I had Hamburger Helper stroganof and canned pears. I'm thinking about grabbing another snack right now. :)

I ate a couple of peanut butter granola bars last night before going to bed and woke up feeling really gassy this morning. I had to go for an hour car ride, in someone else's car, so I wasn't liking it. But once I had some Aloe Vera juice, a hardboiled egg and a piece of toast, I was feeling better.
I went to a luncheon where a scholarship was being given in honour of my father who passed away last year. We had roast beef, mashed potatoes and green & yellow beans & carrots. For dessert we had a scoop of sorbet. I drank water.
For dinner I had a pork loin roast cooking all day in the Crock Pot. I added some baked potatoes and raw veggies. Then it was off to the soccer game.

It's morning around here, so I just had one meal and that would be my breakfast. I was too lazy to make oatmeal this morning (but I usually have oatmeal in the mornings if I have run out my biscuits). I just had a cup of instant coffee at home and then I bought myself a meat roll (bread with meat inside) when I arrived at the subway station of my work. And it's raining heavily around here, so I think I am just going to order take away for lunch, I am not sure what to have for lunch yet but I am getting hungry already *laughs*.

i had a turkey wrap sandwich around 2:30pm and a soda and then later on a candy bar and that is all i ate today, i was busy grocery shopping and didnt have alot of time for dinner and i got home late and didnt feel like eating and i have a hard time eating breakfast.

Wow you must be a very healthy person, I will go on yesterday as I havent eaten dinner yet, for breakfast I had cereal, then for lunch I had KFC as we were out and for dinner we had beef parmigiana and a vegetable bake, in that time I managed to drink 2 litres of water, a 600ml mountain dew and a chocolate milkshake

my son ate breakfast some toast & an orange. I didnt eat this morning. For lunch we had some dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets and some cran raspberry juice. then for dinner we just had some hawaiin bbq...steamed rice chicken katsu & some macaroni salad :] for dessert hubby and I are having starbucks! :]

for breakfast we had some fruits first. rice, eggs and hotdog followed at ten o'clock. for lunch, it is rice again, cheese omelette and fried fish. snacks will most probably be cheese sandwich and a glass of milkchocolate. dinner will go easy with some bread, milk and cheese again or eggs. i like the idea of adding more fruit juice into our diet. i have been missing on our natural orange juice drinks for days already. carrot juice perked with pineapple juice is great tasting.

since it is just 10 am here in the philippines, i have to give my list for breakfast. i had coffee and pan cakes plus some pandesal with butter. we didn't cook any viand this morning so we have to go for the american breakfast style.

I was just lecturing myself for not eating better today. I had way too many sugary carbs- 2 pieces of coffee cake with butter, 2 slices of toaster bread also with butter, a donut, some breakfast sausage & a handful of Recese's pieces. There may have been some other stuff in there somewhere, but that's what I recall eating. At the end of the day, I always go over what I ate (I'm pregnant & I have type 2 diabetes) today I'm looking at it & thinking, well recese's have peanut butter in them & peanut butter is a protein source so why can't I claim I had 2 servings of protein today??? Except of course my blood sugar doesn't care what I *say* I ate, it responds to what I did eat.
I have a better meal plan worked out for tomorrow though. Today was hot & sticky, just not conducive to cooking or baking healthy foods.

Well I probably didn't eat very good today because I was busy having a yard sale. I ended up not eating anything for breakfast. I did drink alot of water during the day because it was hot outside. During my yard sale, we took a break and sat on the porch and ate 2 hot dogs for lunch. It was something quick and easy.
For dinner we went out to eat. I had a chicken sandwich and french fries and an ice cream for dessert.

Very good diet huh?...We have fried egg & rice for breakfast. Sinigang for lunch and banana for dessert. For dinner?...I love to eat dried fish and mongo beans.

wow lillake, that sounds like a very healthy meal/s. For breakfast we had porridge, cup of milo/coffee and toast with jam. For snack time my son had two apples and I ate some sweet baby carrots. For lunch we had bologne and cheese sandwiches with water/juice/cofee and munched on some chips and peanuts in the afternoon. For dinner we had spaghetti bolognaise with rice, water/juice.

I just love to take healthy food, i'm not in a habit of always filling my mouth with something or the other.I belive in quality & not quantity. In breakfast i just had a glass of milk. In lunch i had 2 chapatis with some dry veg, & curd. In the evening i'll have some lime juice & for dinner some dal & chapati.Mangoes are my favourite so i'll not miss them
