They say that breakfast is the most important meal that a person must have daily in order to break the fasting you the whole night sleeping. Do you always take your breakfast? What food do you usually eat for breakfast?

Hi reubenace. Yes, you’re absolutely right that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is necessary to eat your breakfast everyday. I don’t skip meals in the morning because I know it would be of great advantage if you’re going to eat your breakfast. When we eat, it gives us energy for the whole day, thus we can do our routine activities without getting tired easily. We can finish our work faster without hassle. Our health also will be in good hands.
In my breakfast, I usually eat breads at least three to four pieces with cream cheese fillings. Sometimes, I used to eat rice with fried eggs or cereal corn flakes in the morning. Of course, my breakfast will be incomplete without drinking a cup of hot chocolate or tea.
That’s it. Have a nice day and God speed!

I like coffee, but always avoid it n have stopped having it since one year, cause I know one can get addicted to it. So I would not have it unless there is no option available. I used to drink coffee pretty much all day long. Now I only have a few cups in the morning, because if I drink it after dinner, I won't be able to sleep.

Yes, I always make it a point to have breakfast and I will also prepare breakfast for my family. To me, it is the most important meal to start the day off. Breakfast for me is simple, two slices of bread with some kind of spread and a cup of hot coffee.

I must start my day with breakfast, else I will go hungry and could not start work "properly", finding that something is missing.
On weekday, I am always rushing to send the kids to school and getting to work. And breakfast is just sandwich and a cup of coffee that I grab from the company cafeteria. Only on weekend, then I am able to make myself a good breakfast meal.
