They say that breakfast is the most important meal that we have to take daily because it breaks the fasting that we did the whole night while sleeping. Do you always take your breakfast? What food do you usually take for breakfast?

Not only do I not always take breakfast, I NEVER have breakfast. I haven't eaten breakfast in years. Breakfast for me is around 11am/noon. I eat two times a day not three. For some reason, I cannot eat early in the mornings, the food simply will not go down. So, if I wait until around 11 not only am I hungry or have an appetite by then but I can actually get the food down.

Breakfast is the first you take in the morning and there is control over what type of food we should take, you can take what ever you may need.
