Who has been banned by admin? and for how long?

I recently copped a 3 month ban - yep 92 days of no forum posting in emc. However, I can still do the daily clicks, reward mail & surveys if they come. I got the banning for starting a new thread on the fact that kimmi_jayne had been banned for 7 years. Thanks kimmi_jayne (rofl). I was banned for 7 days for posting inappropriate pics, then a month for the same thing. Those I can understand. When I queried the fact that I had been given 3 months, they told me that because I had previously been banned for a month, the next one was the 3 month one I got. I have copped a 3 month ban for letting people know that kimmi_jayne got her wish, and got a banning - but I don't think she wanted 7 years. (rofl). I think that there should be set penalties for certain things. Their theory is that I was banned for 1 month, so 3 months is the next one up. I think it should be 1 week for a certain sin, 1 month for something, etc., kind of like the points with driving licences. If this was done, things would be a lot fairer, and easier to understand. Also, we would be more aware of what we can & cannot do. I did not realise it was a banning offence to post the fact that someone had been banned. If I did, I would not have posted it as a whole new thread, just made a comment in one of the existing threads that kimmi_jayne had started that she had received her wish. Who has been banned, and why? Do you think your banning was fair?
