Alright, so I was just wondering if people speak what they think, I mean that some people have the habit of murmuring things all by themselves, so do you think that they speak on purpose or they just don't know that they are saying something.

There are both cases.I also seen some people murmuring themselves. Some people do it purposefully
when they want to remember something important, others just like routine .They do it like murmuring a favourite song. Also we can see some sportsmen speaking to themselves just to get an energy, they believe that adds to their concentration.I do have a habit to murmor in my mind when i don't want to forget doing a thing at any cost, but only in my mind, no one can here.So these are part of character.I don't think there is any problem with it unless it is louder which makes people laugh at them.
Still i think it's a bad habit, because we just loss attention to the world around us, and that may create problems. So now i try to avoid such habits.Just use other ways to remember.I have seen a lot of bank employees who talk to themselves silently, may be because their proffession needs a better concentration, and it comes automatically.

Sometimes if I'm in the mood to talk or if I'm thinking of important things that can't really wait. And now I must do it all the time coz I think I have a little problem of memory I can easily forget what I thought before, thats why I used to write down all important thing I want to say for I will never forget it.

I do think aloud sometimes. That means talking to myself. Especially when i'm working. But i only do so when i'm not in public.
When i was younger, i tend to be very mindful about what i say to others. Just in case it didn't go down well with them. Now, when i don't like something, i will just speak my mind - especially to the people i love and care.
To strangers or anybody else besides my family and friends, i don't bother much. - Lyn

It could be that they are thinking something and not meaning to say anything and it turns out to be one of those "did i say that out loud?" things. but i think that it is better to say what you think then keep in. But then that may be one of my problems lol

Yeah it could be a problem if you don't want to say something and you are just thinking about it sitting with a bunch of your friends and all of a sudden *bang* your mouth spills everything that's on your mind and worst of all you don't know about it (but your friends do!)...LOL!
