out of sight, out of mind! true or false?

no... i experienced it before... he was never been replaced in my heart though i havent saw him for almost a year.

I don't really agree with you on this. I am a loyal type of person. As long as I love that person, I will try to be as loyal as I can. If he is out of my sight, I will miss him more than ever. I think I feel like I need him more when he is not around and always take for granted when he is around. Sounds weird?

I think this only applies to people whom you don't really care or not really friends with. For those people I really love with my heart, I never forget them even though I don't get to see them often. I have a few friends whom I only meet once or twice a year because of our busy schedules but still we think about each other often and we always wonder if the other person is alright or doing great. And I also don't get to see my boyfriend (because we live in different countries) but he never slips out of my mind, I think about him all the time and almost too often *laughs*.

It´s totally false. If someone loves somebody then you cannot replace her/him. As the song goes "you are always on my mind"....

I don't have experience like that before,In my opinion,I think find someone to replace him/her is just a way to forget him/her.

It's true in a way. Cos if out of sight, you won't miss that person so much. If you love that person and keep seeing each other but can't be together, you will miss that person more. You may find someone else to be replaced, but the way you put in, even that happens, you will still miss that person ;)

it might be true with acquaitences but not so with friendship(true) or love, the more u are out of sight the more u'll think of them
