Doas anyone OWN a PTC site?

I've been intrigued by these sites lately. I love web page development so that would be the fun part that I would enjoy, but I wanted to know if anyone here owns a PTC site and could tell me how it works on the operational end. I think it would be fun (if I were an honest webmaster not dealing with the hassle of people biatching me in emails, lol).

there is a scripts package that you must to install on a server with mysql databse...

I do have a script-- just don't know how to test it to see that it is a valid one.
