i have to prepare myself for 1-hour running contest.wich is the better way??

I would recommend doing lots of running everyday up until the day of the race. Other types of exercise to get your body in shape are also a good idea; such as stretching and sit-ups and push-ups. And you also need to eat healthy, and no smoking! Good luck!
