I think Bobby Lashley will be a good choice...

From the current roster, it might be difficult. It would really depend because the partner would have to be someone who is "over" with the crowd, too. Unless they plan a heel turn for Cena (which is unlikely at this point). That being said, I would have to say someone with a contrasting style (maybe like Mr. Kennedy) would be better for him. Lashley is another viable option, but I heard that Lashley actually hit Cena with a Dominator in a recent house show, so it would be interesting to see where the WWE goes with that dynamic. I'd say, Mr. Kennedy or maybe even someone like Jeff Hardy (rumor is that Matt Hardy wants to be big-time into the single division and that would open up Jeff as a potential tag-team partner for another WWE superstar.

How many choices do I get, and how far back can I go?? 1. Road Dogg 2. Bradshaw (from the days of the A.P.A.) 3. HHH 4. Mick Foley (or an alter ego) 5. The Rock 6. Shane McMahon (pre-jackass stage, remember the very short time he was cool??) Those are my choices. Who do you think?? Personally, I think Cena does fine on his own, when outside forces aren't trying to rain on his parade.

Frankly speaking I never felt that Shawn didn't prove out to be a good Tag Team Partner for John. Their partnership had worked very beautiful and it was real fun watching them together as partners though I except their was also a bit of rivalry between them but more than that it was respect for each other. I love watching them as Tag Team Champions.

If Cena was to go into tag team action, you could give him someone like Lashley since they're both like Super Hero type characters. I suppose that could work but if you want to have a counter to Cena's style, you could give him Benoit as he's more of a submission specialist. I think anyone could work if given the right situation but I see Cena more of a singles guy at this present time.
