since i usually wake up with my daughter in my face telling me to get up , the first thing i do is hug and kiss my kids, then make em brekky

wow! that's great. i always do that to my kids too.. kissing them before going out of bed and then prepare their breakfast..

Make love - if I'm allowed to. haha.
That is really the very best way to start the day. A bit of exercise, get the heart pumping, followed by a cold shower, crisp clean clothes and I'm ready to take on the world!!

Hi bujoyseth! The first and last thing i do in a day is related to the computer. When i wake up i on th computer and when i feel sleep i off the computer. I am addicted to the net.

The very first thing after i got up from my bed was making vegetable juice for me and my husband( for heakthy purpose) and then have my teeth brush and sit on the toilet ready to throw out the unwanted mass from my body,sometimes very stinkyyyy ..........LOL

hahaha, that's natural! it's good to start the day having a glass of vegetable juice. that's goo for your health.. what vegetable juice do you prepare so i may try it myself.. hehehe..

Well, it depends on where I wake up !!
if in Bed, I check phone for missed calls.
if on desk, a cup of strong coffee will do.
if at home & still married I would love to make love.
sometimes I start my day by smoking
