My other discussion about "Would you still have kids if you could do it over" got a good response so I thought this one would be interesting too.
My favorite thing is the look they get on their face when they see/learn somthing new. It is AMAZINGLY rewarding.
I think the worst part is how you ache when they get older and make bad decisions that you know will cause them heartache. My oldest is only ten and I am experiencing this on a small scale already. Even when they have done wrong it is so hard to watch them face the consequences.
What about you?

That is true.Being a parent is very different feeling.Since I am a Very new mother, the best thing about being a mother is,I feel myself complete now.It is like,It completes my personality.I have a 2 weeks old boy, have to raise him hopefully in a good way but I know if he will be hurt from something even if it is small or big I will be hurt too.I cannot see my boy in pain or difficulty, which is worst part of being a mother and we cannot help it.

Hahahaha,i liked your discusion and according to me the worst thing being a parent is that situation when you are left with the disobedient children even after your complete efforts to bring them up good and the best thing is that when we feel happy seeeing our children growing on a respectable position in life and as well as in carrier level.
