so paris hilton got one day of freedom once might say and guess what she is back in jail and she has to serve her full 45 days... so what is your thought i this should she got off with house arrest or do you think she should do her time like the rest of us????

YES!! That has absolutely made my day. There is no way she should have been released in the first place. I didn't realize that pouting and whining and missing your cell phone was considered a serious medical problem. I'm delighted that the judge stood his ground and didn't turn the judicial system into an even bigger sham than it already is.

She needs to stay in jail, just like everybody else that breaks the law. She's not special and she shouldn't get special treatment. I don't give a d*** who she is, to me she is just a spoiled brat.
