Was it Right or Wrong to let Paris Out of Jail ????

okay everyone, what do ou think? When I heard about this today I was so shocked, after only spending four days in jail a police official (not sure what rank he was) told Paris since she had served 4 days she could serve the rest of her time doing house arrest. Well rest assured the locked her back up beacuse the judge said no way, she stays in jail the whole time. But what do you think about that all? You would never hear about some average joe getting out after four days saying oh yeah you did four days go do the rest of your time from home. Right or Wrong???
