I've used it as dog shampoo too. It also works good in human hair if you have shampoo buildup and need to get your hair super clean. I like the original blue scent best.

I recently heard that if you mix it with water and put in a spray bottle it will kill black mold. Does anyone know if this is true?

Dawn dish soap is the only dish soap my husband will use. Sometimes I like to mix it up and buy something different, but he gets very flustered when I do that, so I have given up. Hey, if he is willing to do the dishes I will buy whatever dish soap he prefers!

Dawn dish soap is good for many things besides the dishes. Use it on grease stains on clothing, blood stains, car washing, permanent marker,Just about anything. Its the best plus it supports wildlife.

I saw a discussion about dawn for killing fleas off a cat, but forgot to check, is it just the original or any scent?

Dawn works really well at taking greasy food spots out of clothes. It will also take almost any stain out of the carpet, including Kool-Aid.
