Yeah it's really wierd how the system works. It's not fair at all. It needs a whole new revamping so it will make more sense. Like with bail, so many people can get bail in Canada like the terror suspects most of them got bail so to me they could've continued to plot and attacked a landmark like the CN Tower. Even if that did happen it wouldn't have woken up any sleeping heads.

I sure understand what you mean.
Things like this are happening more and more. I am not minimizing the fact that uploading something without having proper permission is wrong, but it certainly is a minor crime compared to so many more serious crimes that we see happening each day and that in comparison are punished much less severely.

Different coutries follows different laws.I think 3 years at jail is not a big punishment. In urab countries,if you do any thing against law, severe punishment like cutting of legs or hands or even head.Compare to this 3 years at jail is nothing.

hehehehe.. well, i dont really know how to explain it and how the system works.. i believe it should be different since it's a different scenario, and what we see in the television arent real.. i mean not all of it.. well, guess there is what they call copyright.. and it's illegal to sell send or whatever copies of those movies. well, i love 24 and jack bauer. and everytime i talk to my friends i always share to them my 24 experience and offer to lend them my burned cd's.. guess that's what that guy is trying to do.. he was so overwhelm about 24 and wants to share the nice movie with everybody else, but sad to say, he was caught for doing it.. well, he shouldnt have post it in you tube in the first place.. or i dont know.. i know what he did is not right but 3 years imprisonment is just too much..
