New logo for my website / myLot

I've spend long hours today designing a logo for my website http://websaytko.com. I already used the result as my avatar. What do you think of my logo? Suggestions are welcome.

Wow man i think it looks really cool, though the question mark is pixelated at the top, maybe you can blur it for a bit. The rest looks great, good job :)

Thanks for the compliments. I made it thru Photoshop. I should have done it in Illustrator and make it vector next time so that it won't get pixelated.

Witch hat? I didn't saw that? Anyway nice eyes you got there, hehehe. I have done it thru photoshop. Actually it's still not finish but more or less it will definitely look like that in the end. I just have to experiment some more. And for the tips. I just make it sphearized and added some shadow effect.
