Is there a difference between anywhere and everywhere?

I was just pondering the meaning of those words as they apply to the internet and life. For example, "I can find my from anywhere in the world," or "I can find my blog from everywhere in the world."
Anybody see the difference there?
hmmmm...interesting.

Anywhere is in any one spot where something could be found in the space of everywhere.
I hope that it helps you with reading that sentence. Words are indeed specific and useful. Worth learning and using the correct fashion truly.

Thank you. Sorry to see that best response was selected sooooo soon. I normally don't answer when that is selected. Of course I could not rate since it was a closed discussion either. Just my thing..

That does help. Thanks for responding anyway. About the BR, I usually choose one if I feel like it's exactly what I'm looking for, and I thought xcarax definted it succintly. However, I also like your perspective. :)

Hey Jack :)) I kinda think anywhere is limiting, where as everywhere is like infinity.. why I think this I am not sure, but you asked so I answered :)))))

I appreciate the answer. Here's a little food for your thought:
So how is "anywhere" limiting to you?
For example, I can live anywhere in the world. Is there a place I can't live? ;)

No I guess there is not anywhere you could not live.. on the other hand if you say I can live everywhere in the world, you have opened the universe and speak as if you live everywhere...everywhere opens up...anywhere is subjective. Does that make sense?

Gramatically speaking, Anywhere comes from a set of choices: between all possible places, you can be in any of them.
On the other hand, Everywhere is an unlimitted set of choices: it doesn't matter where you are, you can be found every possible place.
So, in your sentence, the correct one is "I can find my blog from everywhere in the world." . In the case you want to use anywhere, you should be more specific like: "I can find my blog from anywhere with internet connection."
Got it???
