I often type my writings straightly to my PC. I make my drafts on papers just when I am in a trip or in my vacation. I have no laptop. When I am in my parents' house in Jogja - where I always go for my vacation - I cannot use PC which is none in there, you know...

Oh dear, have no choice but to draft it with pencil and paper. I can't imagine that, I have been with my laptop for more than 10 years and the only time I use pen and paper is during my part time course examination. Even during the tutorial in class, I used my palm.

I write straight to my pc, saves on paper and easier to edit.

I use my computer, and if I am on vacation, I use a journal, but usually it is just random stories, complaints, and nothing about my novel. I do not have a laptop yet and since I want a Mac, it will be a bit expensive. The salesman said it would cost $85 on a two year plan, so I want to save a bit so I can pay it all at once.

Hehehe...I'll do so.
Thanks Suspenseful for this idea. I had it, but I'm not brave enough to go that way.
Have a nice day!

I always start mine with a pc, with a word processor like Microsoft Word. I don't know why, but it helps my idea developement. I have a laptop and when I'm not home and with nothing to do, I often find myself sitting on a bench in a park somewhere typing another short story or working on my novel. I do sometimes use a notebook when I suddenly have a great idea and can't reach my pc.
