Drink lots of water and add some fibre to your diet, even if you have to buy a supplement, and if you are constipated now go and buy some prune juice, that will get you going pretty quickly

do this thing everyday from tomorrow onwards. after waking up in the early morning, gurgle and take a glassful of water. now see as to what are the fruits available for you to partake of. apples, grapes, watermelon, papaya, pineapple, guava, peaches and other fibrous fruits will be fine to eat. take plentiful of these fibrous fruits each morning. everytime that you will feel like eating again, take some more fruits until it is ten oclock in the morning.
next will be lunch. at twelve noon, take your regular meal plus plenty of fibrous vegetables. have your snacks at three in the afternoon then dinner shall not be beyond eight in the evening. observe light meals for dinner. gradually increase your daily intake of water until it reaches three to three and a half liters a day.
you will find out that you will never be constipated again. each morning before ten, you will unload a good amount of that unwanted thing at the toilet.
