beggars

i think that beggars should not be encouraged because they become proffesional if they get more money from this.but still i give some money to them and i give ampunt money to any organization which helping poor people

it's sad to see a lot of beggars on the streets..! i personally think that we should not tolerate them by giving them money..! instead we could help them by giving them food..! perhaps a cookie or our leftover sandwich or drinks..! :D

Even I think beggary should be stopped.There are many peoples in this world who dont have any other option other tha begging.May be the govt can find out them and give them proper minimum facilities like a community rehabilitation centre for them.But for the other huge chunk of peoples who beg just for the heck of it should be jailed and if possible should be discouraged and given proper councelling...

This is a very difficuly question to answer. I think every country has a problem in this area...but there are really no simple solutions. A lot of the people who end up on the street have been thrown really bad curve balls in life. Others are there because of poor choices and decisions that they have made. I admit I do have a soft spot for these people. I so not think prohibiting it will really solve the problem. Outreach programs are the beginning. cheers,

No i wouldnot encourage it..But i have soft heart on those who are highly disable and badly affected.. for them alone i will offer..the government should take approriate actions to demolish the beggars..
