Is Online chatting with unknown persons are advisable????

Personally, I don't think it's wrong. When you meet people at parties, nightclubs, vacations, etc. what's the real difference? It's not like you only talk to people you've know for ages or that you met at school or that have lived next door all your life. We meet total strangers in a lot of different ways, almost every day. Internet it's just another means of doing it, not better nor worse.

Yes,I agree with you.I think it's a good way to know more thing about other people,you don't care much when you chat with other people,they often can give you some help,most of them are good people,you can tell them about your bother,right?

Not that it is advisable but I don't see anything wrong with it. I sometimes chat with some people online, they are people whom I never met before. It's good sharing ideas with people from any walk of life. There are lots of interesting topic to talk about, like your hobbies (i.e. blogging), culture, places etc. Just as long as you do not disclose very personal information like your home address and phone number, I think it's alright.
